Management's new paradigms. - - Strategy - the new certainties. - - The change leader. - - Information challenges. - - Knowledge - worker productivity. - - Managing oneself.
Peter Drucker is one of the greats. His sustained creativity over nearly fifty years of reflection on management, organization and the wider econmy and society is almost unmatched. There is scarcely a contemporary idea - Whether the idea of the voluntary knowledge Worker to the importance of management itself - that was not prefigured in his writing. Sometimes his enthusiasm ran away with him (we are not strangers to that ourselves): it is not obvious that knowledge, for example, is quite so short lived as he once declared.
